Adult Classes
Who: 16 years and older
Classes:
Grind and learn how to box class
5.30pm - 6.30pm & 6.30pm - 7.30pm Monday. Tuesday. Thursday
9am Saturday
This class is for all levels of fitness and experience. WOD. Footwork. punching. ring craft. phases. pad & noodle work. Partner drills.
Lunch Time Grind
12pm - 1pm Monday. Wednesday. Friday
Awesome fat burning class that will kick you endorphins into gear. All the fundamentals of a boxers work out.
Skipping, shadow boxing. Kettle bell, power bag, slam ball work outs .
Sparring Class
5.30pm Wednesday
As our members develop their boxing skills they are keen to test what they have learnt. Nabbys Boxing Gym offers a sparring class in a safe and controlled environment.
Must Bring: Gloves & wraps. Water to stay hydrated. A Towel. Appropriate footwear and clothing. Must have 16oz gloves,mouth guard and head gear for sparring.


Amateur Boxing Class

What:
This class is for all levels of fitness. Kids will learn the fundamentals of boxing and get fit with friends.
Must Bring: Gloves and wraps. Water to stay hydrated. A Towel. Appropriate footwear and clothing. If members are sparring they need 16oz gloves, mouth guard and headgear.
